| Biography Efflorum is a Finnish based electronic music act producing unique psychedelic electronica. It's one and only founder Immu Laitalainen was absorbed to this wicked world of psytrance in early 2004 at the age of 16. Now after many years, events and influences the sound has matured into something most unique and glamour. Experimenting has driven the sound of this scandinavian beyond the original full-on psy, yet not dark-psy and still in the edge of IDM soundscapes creating a whole new episode in the global notebook. Although dozens of live shows are behind with success Efflorum has been underground now for 2 years preparing an full album release. Being famous for the way he uses his grizzly lead instruments and combines them with the bright bells, melodic atmospheres and groovy bass lines people have come to witness, this youngster rises from the depths of finnish psytrance scene defying the scene within his complex mind. Unlike typical Finnish cheerful way of making psytrance called 'suomisaundi', Efflorum brings his own visions which are much darker, more fragile, twisted and yet so touching - in other words: "an emotional dispair fairytale with a sad ending'. Fast BPM and a style of putting million sounds in one single track have driven people completely out of their minds. Always starting the tale beautifully making people cry and then stealing the very last grain of hope with the distorted melancholic madness.
